Food and Beverages:
- It’s a potluck event! Bring a food item enough for 15-20 people
- Please make sure to name/ label your dish and identify if it is Jain or Non-Jain. Feel free to put your name on the Label too so people know who made it. If your dish is spicy, you may want to label it.
- Please bring serving spoons along!
- A small request since we have a big crowd: bring your food ready from home to serve. Do not prep over there
- Bring a reusable bottle of water
- Paper products will be provided, but we encourage people to bring their own (#goGreen #earthDay #kvSpringPicnic)
Garbage Disposal:
- Please ensure that all your trash is properly disposed of in the garbage bins. Humble request to all parents to ensure that your children’s plates, napkins and water bottles are also trashed properly. The fun isn’t over till the cleanup is done.
