Early Bird Price (RSVP with payment received by Oct 12th) :
$38 (10 years & above), $19 (4 to 9 years), Below 4 years are free

Regular Price (RSVP with payment received by Oct 20th) :
$42 (10 years & above), $21 (4 to 9 years), Below 4 years are free

Waitlist Price (Oct 21st onwards as Waitlist, do NOT send payment till we confirm space for you) :
$50 (10 years & above), $25 (4 to 9 years), Below 4 years are free

Payment Options

Please write your full name in the Memo field when sending payment via Zelle.
2. Credit Card : Zeffy (Please use Only if you dont have Zelle)
Note : On Zeffy form on the second page in Summary section the platform automatically adds a fee which can be modified by clicking on the fee and then selecting "Other" to change it to a different value or zero.

Important Notes:
1) Registration is not transferable.
2) Refund Policy : On or before Oct 20th there will be a charge of $10 for Age 10 & up and $5 for Age 4-9 per person for any refunds. No refunds for cancellations after Oct 20th.
3) No registrations at the door on the day of the event.
4) Registration payment is not tax-deductible.
5) You can use Zeffy if you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to Kutchvalley for any amount.
6) Contact Jayesh Gada in case of any issues with Payment/Refund for registration.

Based on the Venue Capacity and other logistics, we are closing the registration. You can still go ahead and register using the below form, but your status will be "On Wait List". We will try our best to accomodate you and you will be informed if we are able to accomodate you. Please DO NOT send payment till we contact you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

*Waiver and Release of Liability :** In consideration of being allowed to attend the 2024 KutchValley ShabdRangi Diwali celebration (referenced from now on as "The Event"), I acknowledge and agree that I accept full responsibility for the actions of all participants I am registering for The Event. I, for myself, all participants I am registering, and on behalf of my and their families, heirs and assigns, do hereby covenant not to sue KutchValley and the organizing team (referenced from now as "The Team"), and do hereby waive any claim against The Team, and release and discharge The Event, KutchValley, The Team, its volunteers, and sponsors from any and all liability for any and all claims, demands, losses or damages on account of any discipline imposed for failure to comply with the Guidelines, and on account of any injury, including death and damage to property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I also give my authority and permission to The Team for taking any and all actions, which it seems necessary in the event of injury and/or damage to persons or property in my presence at The Event. I acknowledge that The Team does not maintain insurance covering my person, property or liability, or the person, property or liability of participants I am registering, in regards to The Event space. It is my sole responsibility to obtain any and all insurance covering losses incurred by me and participants I am registering while present at The Event. I and the participants I am registering for The Event understand that there could be health risks involved in attending The Event and after considering these risks are still interested in attending The Event. We agree to follow COVID-19 guidelines in compliance with the city, county, state, and federal regulations as applicable to The Event.
