There is a very small article in DNA today, that says: “people are going to feel even more depressed on 12 Jan because it is set to be the most depressing day of the year. Whilst moods change according to an individual’s circumstances, there are several possible reasons why so many seem to find Monday 12th the most depressing day of the year.”
