KVL 2024 Game Day Weekend is Here ?!!
While all the details of the KVL can be accessed on our webpage (https://www.kutchvalley.com/KVL-2024), we thought of highlighting very important reminders:
Don’t forget: to bring water bottles, caps, sunglasses, sunscreen.
Schedule: KVL will be held from Friday – Sunday. Refer to the schedule here
Parking: There are 2 parking lots available with very limited capacity. We encourage everyone to Carpool. There is plenty of road parking (highlighted on the map) on Tompkins Dr (plus Harlan Dr and Hyde Ave), Strayer Dr plus Friar Way and of course Johnson Ave as a last resort. Follow the Green arrows from the 2 Entrances to reach the meeting point near the ground.
Water: Please note that there is one water fountain available at the venue. However; we recommend bringing an ample supply of water and drinks that will sustain you and your family throughout the event. Please remember to bring your water in reusable water bottles.
Trash: Our venue is a public school so please do everything to make sure you don’t leave trash or any of your belongings behind including your spouses and kids ?!! Trash disposal is very limited onsite. So be mindful of the trash you generate.
– We kindly request that after the meal you stack disposable plates, bowls, etc on the tables near the garbage cans (we will have signs).
Restrooms: Two restrooms are available at the venue from 9am-6pm. Outside of these hours public restrooms can be found at Rainbow Park closeby.
Misc:
– Please do not bring any picnic/beach tents as the space is limited. We have a covered bench area that will accommodate all the guests.
– There is a built in shade with seating benches to accommodate 300 people but feel free to bring your camping chairs if you would like.
– Please watch out for your kids and ensure that they don’t run on the field while the games are ON.
– Feel free to bring first aid kits if you have one.
– We encourage everyone to wear KVL T-shirts if you have one.

KVL Players: As we embark on another season of KVL, let’s uphold the true spirit of sportsmanship ?.
– Please approach the game with respect towards all teams. Let’s refrain from any form of abuse or violence, as these behaviors have no place in our KVL. Our venue will host children, seniors, and sponsors, so let’s showcase KV in its finest light.
– This is a community event and combative behavior will not be tolerated. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to the values of KV Spirit ?.
