Hasmukhbhai, the name that is known to every shala parent in JCNC.
He has been managing JCNC kitchen for last many years and is truly the MasterChef –
A masterchef who comes up with a creative shala menu, estimate all the supplies for the cooking, picks up groceries from various stores and reaches JCNC at 5 am on Sundays.
It is only and only Hasmukhbhai who has done this for the last few years, Sunday after Sunday, year after year.
KV has had the pleasure of cooking under his leadership and last month was 5th KV Shala cookout under his guidance.
A BIG thank you to Hasmukhbhai for all his dedication and efforts towards shala cooking.
