While we were in India during January the Mumbai Marathon was in the news too. Since its inception a couple of years ago, the Mumbai Marathon has become slowly popular.
Famous names like Anil Ambani, Milind Soman, etc were running.
There is a Kutchi Marathon also around in Jan. Has anyone participated in the Kutchi marathon? Kutchi marathon seems more manageable than the Mumbai marathon of course. 🙂
Hopefully next time if vacation dates coincide some of us can take the motivation to do the Kutchi marathon…. 🙂

Of course for the bay area our yearly marathon would be the Mission Peak Hike for the which the time seems ripe.
Samir is also going to be in town for next 2 weeks. Wonder whether he and others would be interested in Mission Peak Hike (this time till very top 🙂 ) during the long weekend or during some other weekend in Feb.
am packing my hiking shoes. 16th or 17th sounds good
