I am in the market for a new cell phone (AT&T Carrier). Dont mind paying some $$ for something beyond the free phone.
Need :
Basic Camera, Speakerphone, bluetooth, browsing capability. An in built GPS would be Great.
Suggestions ???

My co-worker has a Sony Ericsson K790i and he’s quite happy with it. Here’s a link to it.
i bought blackberry 8820 yesterday. there are several +points – bluetooth, wifi, gps, speaker phone, world phone(should work everywhere), and few more. -ve points – expensive (i paid $299 after rebate), width is quite a bit (mainly because of the keyboard), compared to iphone it doesn’t have the wide and touch sensitive screen.
since i got it only yesterday, i can’t comment about the real-life experience today but maybe in a week or two. one of the reasons i bought this is to try and see if I can avoid buying a gps device in my car and use telenav monthly service ($10) whenever i feel i will need help with turn-by-turn directions. Not sure if its a good idea but will try this thanksgiving weekend. ofcourse i don’t think there will be any coverage inside the death valley though. will update you with my experience.
intersting comprehensive read abt gphone …

FYI, I ended up buying a Sony Ericsson w580i.
I had narrowed it down to SE w580i, Nokia N75, Motorola KRZR.
In the same time period 2 KVites went in for AT&T Tilt and one went in for Samsung Blackjack-1
