Inequal distribution of baby names over the alphabet range

If you have been monitoring baby names among friends and family as closely as I am, you will notice that some letters have been getting very little love 🙂 and some others have been getting way too much love.

I find letters “A”,”K”, “S”, “R”, “N”, “M”, etc are well taken care of. But some letters like “P”, “B”, “C”, “J”, “L”, “H” are being underutilized among new babies. :-).

“A” is way far ahead of everyone else. No one can hope to catch up to “A” in the current generation at least.

Just penning some thoughts of mine. 🙂
