Redfin is the first online brokerage for residential real estate.
As a buyer’s agent, they give you 3% back and as a seller’s agent, they charge you just a flat fee of 3000$. Since the company is founded by the ex co-founder of Plumtree (my previous company), I know that it is not a hoax.
