Luxurious Apartments – India

Ever wonder how a building with pool in every apartment will look. Well given above is the picture.

The above picture is from San Paulo, Brazil (Paraisopolis). India also has such buildings coming up. Here is one in Pune which offers swimming pool in every flat: Marvel Diva

New Buildings in India are coming up with variety of innovative features like video security to see who is at the door, video intercom so that you can chat with anyone in the bldg, video connection with shops in the neighborhood so that you can order directly from intercom, etc, etc. Also rising are planned townships. These planned townships promise to have all your needs (school, hospital, grocery, etc) fulfilled within the township itself so that you have no reason to step out. IMHO, Planned townships could be answer to India’s traffic woes. Here is an example of a planned township (“Amanora”)

Our Own Sanjay and Parul Gala are fortunate that their new home Ashok Towers in Mumbai boasts of some excellent facilities. Examples: a huge oval shaped playground for cricket and soccer meant only for residents, a sanded playstructure for kids, a clubhouse that has 2 swimming pools, basketball courts, badminton courts, tennis courts, pool, table tennis, gym, a mini theater, a grocery store, rooms for guests and much more.     As always you are prompt in capturing glimpse and posting so quickly. Hopefully such great living lifestyle can attract more KV friends to move to India/Mumbai/Pune soon.

  2. Wonder where is this going? With electricity and water problems in lot of parts of India, a swimming pool in every flat and video connections to the neighborhood grocery store, WHOA !! A luxury living, I guess. Btw you should have also posted a sample per square footage prices for these luxurious living 🙂
