Too bad you get no incentive,

Too bad you did not get an increment,

Proposal to have a cut in your salary is really bad,

Do not be sad for not getting increment last year

Do not even think of an increment for the next year

Be happy with what you get

What did you loose from your pocket?

Why are you complaining?

Whatever you have, you got that from here!

The company was here before you joined,

The company will be here after you leave,

You did not know anything about the product,

Whatever you have learned, you have learned here!

Whatever you have done, you have done it for the company,

You came with a degree; you will go back with experience!

The desk you are using to-day,

Someone else was using it yesterday;

Someone else will use it to-morrow;

Why do you think it is your desk?

This is the root cause of your problems.

Why do you worry about performance of someone else?

You worry unnecessarily; who is going to sack you?

Your immediate boss? No! He can’t, he has no power!

This is a corporation. Learn the corporate culture!

 

Constant change is the rule of a corporation.

What you perceive as a change is only a move.

In a moment, you will be the best performer of the year,

Next moment you become non-achiever, who cannot stick to target!

Forget appraisals,

Then this is your company,

And you belong to this company!

Your job is secure, because you are confident,

Since appraisals do not disturb you, nothing else can disturb you.

 

Just do what you can,

Do not avoid work, do not fritter away time,

Use your ability and skill for the betterment of the company,

Forget review, appraisal, bonus, increments, promotions,

They will come as per the company policy, not as per your desire!!
