Ok. So the heading must seem a bit random. But bear with me.
Saw the movie “Dus” the other day and its an entertainer. Very Very slick and Hollywoodish type movie. Am seeing more and more movies get made in this fashion these days which is a good thing for bollywood. Some great music too. Especially the title song which is shown along with the credits at the start of the movie. Sanjay, Abhishek, Zayed, Sunil and Shilpa all are commendable. Pankaj Kapur is the best. Dont worry about too much logic and you will have fun.

The other movie recently watched was Waqt. (We are way behind on movies since Kairavi arrived. 🙂 ). Its not as good as Dus in my opinion but its still watchable for some funny sequences. Watch Rajpal Yadav at his best as he infuriates everybody with a rapid fire volley of questions. Boman Irani is great too. (4.5 stars for the comic sequences, 3 stars for the movie itself).
Together Rajpal Yadav and Boman Irani are soon becoming the new breed of comic characters in Bollywood. They seem to be going in the league of Paresh Rawal. There is a dire need of good comic actors and good to see these two rising with every movie.
Now hopefully the title makes some sense. 🙂
(PS: I heard the new movie “No Entry” is really funny. Any takers for a Kutchi gang attack at Naz in 2 weeks on the 5$ Tuesdays?).
