I was going to post the same in the morning that post Diwali, Jeegar the awesome M/C has become a minor celebrity. And he does not mind his pictures being circulated anywhere. 🙂
Seriously though have not found a site which has copyright free celebrity images. If its for a personal website/blog I would say just use the image found thru any image search.
