chocolate pie with tofu

One pie crust (ready)
1 block tofu that we get in the store.
12 oz semisweet chocolate

Bake just the crust in the oven for 5 min. Remove. Let it cool.
In the mixure, churn all the tofu put very little-little water/milk so that it becomes smooth paste. Melt the chocolate in microwave or stove top and pour in the tofu mixture and churn again. Pour the tofu-chocolate mixture in the pie crust and put the pie in the fridge. If you make it a day advance then it sets properly.
Also, once the tofu-chocolate mixture is ready, one can out walnuts or pecans in it and then pour the whole thing in the pie crust. It tastes like fudge.:-)
