Sharing Jayshree’s receipe of Paneer schezwan-
Paneer cubes, green bell pepper cut in cubes, onion, mushroom, broccoli florets ( steam it a bit but not over cook).
In a wok heat oil add all the veggies and paneer. Keep on stirring lightly on high flame. Add salt ( carefully since soy sauce & schewan sauce have salt ).
Than when u think the veggies are coated with oil and half cooked. Add ching’s paneer schewan sauce . Let it simmer for few min

QUINOA DHOKLA RECIPE

Soak 3?4 cup quinoa & 1?2 cup moong dal (yellow) for couple of hours. add cabbage and carrot 3/4 th cup each and grind with soaked grains. Drain water & grind it to smooth paste adding 1?2 cup yoghurt, ginger & green chilies. Now add salt (to taste), 1?4 tsp turmeric, 1/8 tsp citric acid and some sugar and mix well. Grease the tray and prepare pan for steaming dhokla. Add 1?2 tsp eno to batter, mix it and pour it to the tray. Steam for about 10 minutes. Let it cool for few minutes & temper it. No oil in batter

Use water instead of chicken broth and dry Rosemary instead of oregano

(quinoa, almond flour, finely crushed walnuts, oats, dry coconut, ghee, and jaggery)

Quinoa, walnuts, oats, coconut (1 cup each), almond flour (2 cups), jaggery (1 cup based on the sweetness you prefer), ghee (5/6 tablespoons)

Dry roast quinoa, Walnuts, oats. Let it cool down, then grind it. Meantime add soak jaggery in less than 1/2 cup of water. Then boil it. In a big wok Add ghee, then add dry items one at a time, keep roasting it for 20-25mins (slow/medium flame), if you find it too dry feel free to add more ghee. Add dedicated coconut, roast. Now add jaggery water…. Quickly stir everything. Mix for 3-5mins. Then make ladoos while the mix is still warm.
