What kind of dressing do you like for your salad. Looking for some innovative homemade fresh salad dressings. I personally do not like store bought dressings as much.
My personal favorite is two table spoons Lemon juice 2 table spoon olive oil 2 cloves grated garlic salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients and let it stand for 30 mins and pour it over your salad.

Inspired by famous Palitana bhel here is an Desi dressing – 2 table spoon mint chutney, lemon juice, amchur, sugar and salt. Pour this dressing on cut cucumber, tomatoes, onions, raw mango, raw papaya, cranberries and walnuts.
Smashed avacado and paneer gives a creamy based mayonnaise like dressing. Am sure this could be a treat on a hot summer day! Also try adding gucomole or pesto sauce to your salad for a change.
You can also make some oriebtal salad at home. Add Fresh squeezed orange juice + grated ginger + salt (optional) to raw papaya salad.??
Sesame oil & white/black sesame seeds instead of Olive oil also add great oriental flavor to your salad!
Here’s to king of summer – Mango! Salad – baby arugula, spinach , toasted almond
Dressing – Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tsp , balsamic vinegar – 1 tsp , sugar , ginger , cayenne pepper, mirchi powder little
Marinate sliced mango in it for 10 mins . Add remaining mixture on the salad .
Mix everything !

Interesting article. Salads can be so varied. Different experiments can be tried out with different veggies and fruits. And the same goes for dressing too. All salads don’t turn out delicious but some of them are really yummy. Definitely need to save the recipes for the yummy ones.
