Recently we went to Rajwadi Thali in Sunnyvale. I think it is fairly new. It’s a Thali place which means unlimited food. 🙂
Seating is limited. Not as big of a place. Weekends are busier than weekdays.
Prices on Weekdays (Mon-Thu) are cheaper than Weekends.
Food was good and tasty. Parents liked the food too.
Only complaint was that the service was slow and a bit disorganized. If you are patient and can live with that then you can visit the place for a complete meal.

Bunch of Gujarati Thali places have opened up in Sunnyvale/Santa Clara/Fremont
1) Thali in Santa Clara
2) Sagar in Santa Clara. Serves and caters Jain Food.
3) Deedees in Santa Clara. Their Rajasthani thali with Daal Batti , and Gatthe vegetable was awesome. Also like their Gujarati thali. Their weekend buffet also serves Chaat which is decent too.
4) Jay Bharat in Fremont. Branch of famous Jay Bharat restaurant in Artesia LA. Love their Kathiawadi thali (Bajri Rotlo, baingan sabzi, lagoon chutney)…..
make sure you are going on an empty stomach to Thali places to really enjoy the food.
Thank you Prashant & Sneha for sharing this (I frequently go to Deedee’s but glad to know that we have other decent options as well)
How is Surati in Milpitas??
Taste of Surti had lesser items compared to these thali places – but still filling and tasty, it’s more home style food.
