Any suggestions for a last minute thanksgiving getaway – trying to avoid traffic as much as possible?

   you can take a look at our Vacation Destinations Category or the Point of Interest Category

   Off top of my head a quick getaway which would be good for kids also would be :
   – Santa Rosa Wild Life Safari
   – SF Exploratorium
   – Cal Academy of Science (stay in SF and explore Sausalito also, boat ride, etc)
   – Pismo Beach + Solvang

   If you leave Thursday afternoon, you won’t hit traffic I guess.

   1. Pinnacles for a day trip getaway..
   Some of these would be useful for future maybe 🙂
