Happened to visit Aasna for lunch yesterday with some colleagues.
Good food, nice ambience.
Seemed little pricier for weekday lunches especially with just one dessert – but hey they do have online coupons currently 🙂
But a competition for Vedas in Milpitas if they continue with the quality.
Their graphics is not easily readable, it is located in McCarthy Ranch, next to Darda Sea food.
I went there a month back after reading great Yelp Reviews only to be disappointed with the quality of food. Upon talking to the management they said they are from Nepal and trying their best to get Indian taste to their offerings.. Good to hear that they are getting better at it.
We went in the beginning of Oct. Ordered Tomato Soup, pakoda, two subzi and roti. None of them was of decent quality. Soup was very creamy and chunky, felt like gravy for some subzi. Subzis were looking uninviting and tasting not that great too. 🙁
Definitely not going back here. Stomach got upset too.
Thought of giving this one more chance since everyone can have an off day. This is closed however. And is replaced with a South Indian Restaurant.
