Interesting article that could be of benefit to many KVites. Consumption of soda on daily basis increases risk of heart attack by 20%. I am also guilty of consuming more soda than I should. Need to reduce it to bare minimum and occasional.

Dr. Oz had shown a similar comparision several months back on his show. He also said the a person should add only about 6 spoons of sugar in their daily intake.
