What different kinds of Dosas do you make?

Spring Dosa.
Standard Masala Dosa.
Puree spinach along with garlic. Spread on the dosa along with some cheese.
mexican dosa- spread out salsa, cheese and parlesy.
Burrito Dosa- Beans and sour cream with taco sause would be natural extension to the above but haven tried.
Mediterannean -feta cheese, olives, parsley (caution, you need to be a fan of feta!)
Firm tofu with honey, plus cheese and plenty of ghee-kids approved.
Pav bhaji dosa – bhaji,butter,dosa chutney,fresh cilantro
Chutney dosa – dosa chutney, butter,fresh cilantro
Mix dal dosa
nachni dosa as weekend brunch

I had bought ready made nachni dosa batter from New India Bazaar. Taste was little different, but dosa came out good.
