It’s time to reserve a day for 2012 Shala cookout. Since the shala is on all sunday’s now, this post is to gather interest for a 1/3/5 sunday for the cookout. Though this volunteer opportunity is not limited to families of shala going kids only 🙂
Hasmukhbhai said that first Sunday of March is booked but March 18th is available and so is April 1st.
Please post your responses as to what works for you (18 March or 1st Apr) and we will reserve the Sunday with majority votes.

The KV Shala Cookout is an amazing experience full of enthusiastic people.

Just kidding…..
Last time during KV Shala Cooking India had won the world cup and so there was indian tricolor on everyone’s cheeks and a nice edible bat was also made. Any special things for Apr 1st occasion? 🙂
Turns out that April 1st has a conflict due to Aayambil oli and kitchen needs to be shared, so we are moving this to March 18th after confirming with some of the expected attendees 🙂
