Raita

One of my favorite accompaniments to indian thali is the “Raita”. I love different kinds of Raita and just now I devoured my own production “Pomegranate Raita”. It was yummy.

The other Raitas that I like are :
– Banana Raita
– Boondi Raita
– Grated Cucumber Raita

I also add little bit of Lal Mirchi and little sugar in most of my Raitas.

Our cook in Mumbai home makes Onion Raita for Dad. But I find that ok. That is popular among Maharashtrians I guess.

What Kind of Raitas do you make or like?
