Every year I will find new summer camps and some of them sound really interesting. Summarizing it here for others as well as my needs in future, since i often search on KV first 🙂 and often due to various reasons it so happens that you find out about something after you have already enrolled 🙁
This list is across various locations in the bay area. So please update if you have any recommendations or see some different camps that are available in your vicinity.

3. Cheapest I found so far, need to figure out their business model. Provides pick up and drop off in our neighborhood as well Dynasty Academy

Camp Galileo are great too. They have a half day and full day choices. They are located every where in bay area. Also the Lego camps offered by community centers are a good start for young ones and then there are advanced ones done by apple at some public schools.
