Looking for suggestions for where to get fruit trees from – Home Depot/Osh or Nurseries?
Also have you had any success or rather failures with a particular fruit tree?

Figs Green or Black but be sure to get the second i.e. late season one (Save some for us on our next trip 😉 ) Ideally from a tree whose fruit you like, ask my SIL.
White Nectarines
White Donut peaches
Satsuma Mandarin Oranges (be sure to save the sunniest spot you have)
I have heard good reviews about Yamagami’s Nursery in Cupertino.
Regan’s Nursery in Fremont is another one I got high reco for when I was looking.
We bought Pomegranate & Orange from Regan. Orange & Lemon from OSH.
No success with either of orange 🙁
I have been badly wanting Satsuma Orange tree – have heard it grows well in planter as well. I have already checke out Home Depot and Lowe’s. But I was told better to buy from local nurseries. Please let me know if you find a good orange tree.
I have also been contemplating growing organic fruit – the ones in home depot etc require too much chemical fertilizer….if you do find any organic nurseries that also tell you how to maintain it organically, please let me know….
Looking for seedless Lime (green kind)tree. Any suggestesions where to get better one from.
