We have 8 contestants registered so far for the event. After talking to few co-ordinators, we will keep registration open for few more days. There is no limit to contestant participation. Nice !!! Good Luck to all. However I will be especially rooting for one contestant who hopefully will inspire his fellow brethen to atleast be able to prepare a simple meal (we dont ask for much :-)).
@Mona, Amisha Samir Shah is in India. They moved back in 2008. I had the good fortune of tasting her hand made food this Dec and the chocolate fudge based dessert was simple yummy and I hogged on it.
I can say its a good thing that Amisha is in India or she could give some cooks here in the Bay Area a run for their money. 😉
