How much sugar do u take in a cup of tea?

Normally how many spoons of sugar do you add in a cup of tea?
Do you add extra sugar with certain breakfast then normal?

    My 3 spoons are really like 2 full spoons. Since I dont fill my spoons all the way.

    I dont drink tea but when I prepare for others I add 3 tsp in a cup just to follow measurement prefered by only tea drinker in the house. 😉

    Thought for this article came from camping breakfast sessions. In both the breakfast sessions some folks were adding extra sugar. Not targeting to session leads or folks who added extra sugar :-). Just started wondering what is common standard among the group.
