Need suggestions to buy eyeglasses

I am planning to buy ophthalmic or sunglass frame before the year end. Any suggestions where we get good quality and reasonable frames accepting VSP insurance?

    Sandip,
    Most eyecare shops accept VSP. But each shop may have a different price for the frame and the lens as well. I visited few of them early this year to try frames as well as get the quotes on which ones i liked :). Finally i brought something from here – http://www.drgoldeyes.com/

    We have visited Family Eye Care in Campbell. They do accept VSP and other eye care plans.
