CoCo Energy
I had a chance to taste “CoCo Energy” from Ajmera company. They had a stall at the Jaina convention. Its basically a packet of powder that when mixed with water gives you coconut juice. So its “Instant Coconut Juice”. The coconut juice was not bad.
They have other products like “Instant Chai”, “Instant Mango”, “Instant Orange”.
They said its available in Indian grocery stores here.

Just wanted to add the Instant Thandai is simply awesome. I will find out if its available in Indian stores here.
I found these products (finally) in New India Bazaar (Milpitas).
