Jain Salsa

makes 2 pounds

ingredients
10 green chillies
4-5  jalepenos(remove the seeds)
1 large green bell peper
2 large red bell pepers
4 roma tomatoes (hard)
1 bunch cilantro
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp asofoetida
1 tsp cumin seeds
1-2 tbsp oil
salt as per taste

method
mix all the ingredients and grind to the required cosistency.
can be refrigerated for 10-12 days.
