AAA might have discounted tickets. You can check Craigs list if anyone is selling unused days of the tickets.
Also check Costco.

IBM has good deals for parks.
For Universal Studios, if you have a student studying in USC, then they can get some good deals on tickets.
We were eight people when we went to Universal last December so I was looking for discounted tickets. I bought 4 from craigslist and 4 from ebay for almost half price.
