Folks we are rapidly sorting out the Camping Venue issue. But we would also like to finalize the dates. If anyone has any special preferences for dates please let us know.
The possible dates are (in order of my preference are) :
1) June 5-7 (Fri-Sun)
2) June 12-14 (Fri-Sun)
3) May 29-May 31 (Fri-Sun)
4) June 19-June 21 (Fri-Sun)
5) May 23-25 (Memorial Day Weekend, Sat to Mon)
For the Memorial day Weekend unfortunately not much is available. We need to plan for next year’s Memorial day Weekend in this May itself. Only then can we get something for Memorial Day 2010.
Also if folks from India are going to Join Us, would like to know their preferences as well.
Will JCNC Pathshala experts please help out in figuring which day will be the best to avoid clash with pathshala.

June 19-21 (No Pathshala) will work, but how about May 8-10, and June 26-28?
May 8-10 is a bit early and June 26-28 is a bit late.
My calendar shows different days. It shows 17th May as test day and May 31st as make up test day. We can reconfirm this weekend.
June 19-21 no Pathshala so that should work.
Even though its a very very, very small possibility that we might join you all this summer, just…… incase we do, the best dates for us would be anytime before 1st week of June.
Most of the schools will have their final tests in May – different school districts will have Final tests at different times. Best bet would be June (barring pathshala times)
Finalizing Camping Date as June 19-21 weekend. Need to narrow down on venue this week.
