A Sunnyvale Indian market and its customers were accosted by armed gunmen during a takeover robbery, police said.
The holdup happened shortly after 8 p.m. Monday at the Wolfe India Bazar at 854 Old San Francisco Road, said Sunnyvale police Lt. Dave Pitts.
Two men wearing masks and armed with handguns stormed into the market and stole money from the cash register and wallets from customers before fleeing on foot, authorities said.
