“Even a broken clock is right two times in a day” – Heard on the radio

I heard this on the radio today and found it a good quote. It was used in context of McCain giving suggestion to fire SEC chairperson.

    The implication in the radio was “McCain is a broken clock. But he is right in asking for firing of SEC chair”.
