Those who really like Indian Chinese food “Temptation” is the place to go. Its located at downtown Mtn.View on Castro St. Chinese Bhel is almost close to the one we get at Classic Matunga. And the rest of the food was good- Manchurian, Schezwan Rice, Sweet corn soup. Apart from Chinese they also serve Punjabi food.

+1 for Temptations.
We didn’t enjoy eating here. Manchurian curry tasted burnt, hot and sour soup was tasteless, and the bhel numbed my palate. I am still up in pain is the testimony to how bad it was. Make your prayers before you go!
On a side note, there is a pretty good TV series ‘Check, Please! Bay Area’ on KQED that reviews restaurants in the bay area. Each episode reviews only 3 restaurants, so not all restaurants may have been covered.
Among Indo-chinese restaurants “Hot Wok” in Chicago and Atlanta were great > 3 years ago. Unfortunately, they don’t have any plans to open in the Bay Area anytime soon. If they do you will find me eating there on day 1. – Rohit
