Mitchell’s Ice Cream

Mitchell’s Ice Cream located at 688 San Jose Avenue (at 29th Street) San Francisco CA 94110..
Is a family owned ice cream store in SF…..they have many fruit based flavors..loved their Mango flavor that has chunks of mango…..and Buca(Baby Coconut) with coconut flakes…
These ice cream taste very similar to ice creams we get in India……Also most of their ice creams(except the custard flavor) dont contain eggs.
Its a must try next time you visit San Francisco

    During my break in spring, I watched about them in Food Network show. As per the show their Avacado ice cream is very famous.

    They too are family based store. One can get their ice cream at MilkPail in Mountain View (near Walmart)

    Mitchell’s Ice Cream has store on Fisherman’s wharf now in Del Monte square or similar. We came across it after eating our Ghirardelli. May be next time.

    Mitchell’s ice cream is available at some grocery stores also. One such south bay place is :
