Ever wonder how sometimes goodbyes last so long. 🙂 . When you leave someone’s place or someone leaves your place how many goodbyes do you say before you actually separate?
Goodbyes may start from living room, go into kitchen, hover around shoe stands and keep looking back from stairs or garage. 🙂
Sometimes goodbyes cross well over 10. 🙂
When I was small, we used to stay in Ghatkopar & my mama stays in Chembur. We will be there every forth night or more often then that. Even after spending most chunk of day with them, parents will have 30min+ goodbye at door. Luckily they had sofa next to door, I will sit there and sometime won’t move until they are downstairs. Both the family still talk about my childhood reactions to doorway chats while departing.
We know how you tactfully cut down on the long good-byes. 😉
