Any recommendations for a good place to take a potrait picture?

    Picturepeople folks are fast, efficient but expensive.

    JC Penney portrait studio is cheap comparatively but they are often slow since they just have 1 person sometimes doing multiple things. If you want to do it at JC Penney then maybe you can choose an early appointment so that there is no backlog from earlier appointments.

    Both the above portrait studios issue coupons. So ask our KV coupon experts about where to get them from.

    Picturepeople is fast but does not have a good background selection. Have heard that BabiesRUs is good (maybe more expensive than the rest of the lot). Sears and walmart also have portraits, walmart most likely would be the cheapest of all. You get Picture ppl coupons in the Sunday newpaper coupon section. And they offer one free portrait(No sitting fees etc). And Jcpenney coupons too come in the vendor coupon mailers.

    but JC penney gives picture prints back in 3 weeks, unlike picture people in 1 hour.

    – Picture people one sheet is for $20/25 gives print back in one hour.
    – JC Penny one sheet with coupon is 3.99/4.99. Gives print back in 2-3 week.
    – You can visit Picture People, JC Penny, Sears website to check out what kind of theme, background they have. So that when you go for your photo session, if needed you could suggest one u liked online.
    – I recently visited new Walmart at Automall/680 close to Fry’s and their studio was in corner, particially covered location. Unlike most Walmart studio is very close to entrance/restroom way which could get distractive to kid.
