Who do you think is responsible for India’s Early Exit out of World Cup 2007?
I was watching the news channel and it said various things abt Senior Players not co-operating with Coach. Also Chappel mentioned that he was not allowed to select the team he wanted for the world cup, he wanted to get new players in the team in place of Senior players (Ganguly and Sachin) but selectors denied.
Also when Anshuman Gaikwad was questioned abt Sachin getting selected into the team despite of he been not totally fit he answered do we have a replacement for a player like Sachin.
During first match against Bangladesh Chappel had advised Dravid to field if he won the toss but Dravid elected to bat instead.
So what do you guys think who is responsible for it?

Y r we lookin back? I belive its just one really bad day. If we wd hv won that one game, things wd hv been different. But game plans dont always works or SA wd have been winner of last WC or ’98 chanp France wd not hv out of soccer wc in 1st round in ’02. All issues r popin up now as we r out n some1 has to take blame to pacify experst like us !! Dont forget we beat WI very brutally and B’desh n SL matches were not as bad as compare to some of the matches in the tournaments. There might be sometin wrong in planning/playin and hopefully BCCI and team will take note of it. Only Aussies n NZ r doing good so far but u never know which will b d ‘D’ day for dem. lets hope for soem gr8t matches in this WC n future series with B’desh n England. Hopefully boys will do better.

India has a good pool of young talent. And with this new ZEE league that is being proposed things can improve.
