Well this post is for me rather than for anyone else. We have a category called Games wherein all games info goes and the following info is to serve as a reminder to me whenever we next play the game.
And this probably could be helpful to newbies also so that they can join the “KV-Teen-patti” gang.
Priority Rules:
1) Trio
(example : 7-7-7)
2) Pure Sequence also called Straight Flush
(example : 3-4-5 of spades)
3) Impure Sequence also called Straight
(example 3 of spades and 4-5 of hearts)
4) Same Color (Flush/Color ) :
(example: A-K-J of hearts)
5) Pair (Doubling):
(example 2-2-3)
6) Highest card :
(Ace, King, Queen, Jack , 10 …. 2)
Any other rules that we play with?
a) How about ranking within Spades, Flower, Hearts and Kites.
b) What is the rule regarding number of rounds that we go thru before we break the deadlock?
I will also post some variations as I think of them since I usually cannot think of any good ones when my turn comes at the teen patti game. 🙂

For #2, there is exception to the rule: A-2-3 is highest than A-K-Q
the above exception applies to #3 also.
Variation : In first round, 1 (ace) is the only joker. In second round, 2 is the only joker. And so on and so forth. So people who have 3 or 4 should feel very happy and try to take the game to 3rd/4th round.
Variation: Need paper/pen for this. Everyone gets 3 cards. Then 3 cards are put in the center with face down. People have to predict a number which they think will be one of the cards. Once everyone has given their number then the 3 cards are opened.
If your predicted number is within those 3 cards then you can play with 4 cards with the 4th one being an imaginary joker (and you can subconsciously discard the least important card).
