Good article. We all need to start exercising regularly and eating more fruits and vegetables. But that is easier said than done. I already find myself very lethargic and prone to memory lapses.
Is there anyone in KV who regularly exercises at least 3-4 times a week and who eats fruits daily as part of a habit ?
Whenever I manage to fulfill the above conditions for a 2-month period at a stretch I will post it on KV.
