Bean Dip Recipe

We all eat Nacho Chips and Salsa as appetizers at various parties. If you wanted to substitute the Salsa with something more filling and delicious try the Bean Dip.

Ingredients:
Refried Bean, Salsa, Avocados paste from Costco, Fat Free or low fat (I don’t remember which one) Sour Cream (I guess from Daisy), Spring onion, Olives, Cheese, Jalapeno,

Refried bean and little bit salsa put it in mixer for paste and layer in one plate. In one bowl put avacados paste use spoon to make it smooth. Layer on top of beans. In one bowl put sour cream use spoon to make it smooth. Layer on top of avocados. On top of three layers sprinkle spring onion, olives, jalapeno and cheese. Put plastic wrap on top. Keep it in refrigerator for cooling. I guess I have kept it for two-three hours.
