Have a special occasion to celebrate? Melting Pot is tha place (Down town san jose) They serve cheese and chocolate fondues. Execellent dessert. Entrees were ok. You do not need to order entrees if you have cheese fondue and dessert.

We tried this restaurant Amber-India at Santana Row, San Jose…It was nice but too pricey!!!
Ambience and food are nice…Though an Indian place one hardly finds Indians….Maybe few fusion couples here and there…..
Melting Pot – chocolate fondue – Yuuummmmy, high calorie, fancy treat to pamper your chocolate craving in formal ambience.
We did go to this restaurant to have dessert. I did not know what a fondue is before I went there.
I am not a big chocolate fan. Dimple is. I think its worth a visit once for non-chocs lovers to see the presentation style and the rich ambiance.
Dipping fruits into chocolate sauce is very high-calorie diet indeed and so make sure you have had a light dinner before going there.
Chocolate lovers should love this place. Service was good.
We visited this place too…..Its yummmmmm…All cheese and choclate fans must go there….
We tried this Mexican Cheese Fondue…has some homemade beer, sheddar cheese, salsa and make it as hot as you want with Jalapenos…in other words Nacho cheese dip served with gourmet bread, nacho chips, veggies and apple….but it was just yum….
Also in dessert we tried Choclate truffle but modified to dark choclate instead of white choclate……
Its very heavy stuff…..
