Important Points :
1) Before May 10th
- Its ok to change the number of nights staying before May 10th.
- After May 10th please try not to change the number of nights since it affects our estimates.
2) After May 10th - If you cancel, 10$ charge per family.
3) After May 15th - If you cancel, 50% of the total charges for your family
4) After May 19th - If you cancel, 100% of the total charges for your family.
5) CampKV-2017 is only for members of KutchValley.
6) All overnight campers irrespective of length of stay ( 3/2/1 nights) will have equal contribution for accommodation expenses. This is because the campground has a minimum stay of 3 nights.
7) Our upper limit is decided by the number of cars that can be accomodated on site.
8) Day Users will need to park their car in the common overflow area by the front of the campground. They may not be allowed to bring their car till the individual campsites.
9) Day Users will also be charged some campsite charges as the accomodation fee. This will be decided by the Camp KV team.
